10 foot ceiling allowed for cabinets on top of cabinets with lights built into the second level.

Hood over range as fireplace look. Cabinets had pull out on each side for more surface.

Second renovation same kitchen we moved range and refrigerator

Different island and floor but reused cabinets.

Kips Bay Showhouse

This was a huge space on the first floor of a Historic landmark house. There was 1000 sq feet of space dedicated to this area with a sitting room breakfast area as well. You walked past this area in the grand front entrance to access the rest of the house. The owner of the house wanted a very grand kitchen! A few years later after the show was over he decided to shrink the working part of the kitchen and add a staircase to the lower level to build a home theater. We reused many of the cabinets ....added some others and it was used for the Kips Bay Showhouse again after we were finished.
